On 17th March, NomadPlay made access to its platform free, until the month of May. NomadPlay is an application specialized in classical music which allows a musician to choose out of a library of works, to select the instrument he/she is going to play, and then to download the piece of his/her choice, from which its instrument’s has been removed.
Feedback on this initiative has been very positive, with wide media coverage and numerous posts on social media. Since 20th March more than 700 new enrolments have been registered, both in France and abroad (English-speaking countries and Germany).
In parallel, the catalogue has been upgraded quickly and partners are making available any recordings they have.
