After outplacement services (Dirigeant & ), recruitment (KENSEO) and IT services (ANSCOM et ICEA), Ludovic Bourg, the Chairman, has just finalized the acquisition of the assets of de POLYMONT IT SERVICES, thus strengthening the IT branch.
Boasting some 340 employees and 20 million € in revenue, generated both from application services (TRA, TMA) and from expertise services (project steering, SI architecture), POLYMONT IT SERVICES will allow LORENZ & HAMILTON, whose IT/ESN branch is located only in the East and North of France, to deploy resources in Paris, Lyon and in the West of France.
And the acquisitions might not stop there. Other projects in the recruitment sector are currently being studied in the HR branch.
