Accompagnied by Crédit Mutuel Equity, the 50 partners led by Laurent Gravier, François Duhau, Patrick Bracco and Franck Gledel, take capital control of the company. On this occasion, PwC pour les Entrepreneurs takes its independence, by leaving PwC France and Maghreb, and becomes PKF Arsilon.

With a network of 25 offices though out France and 800 employees, PKF Arsilon advises business leaders of more than 8000 companies to help them face the major challenges of their activity : performance management, risk management, wealth strategy, accounting and payroll and social management.

In a highly fragmented market, this transaction will allow PKF Arsilon to fully deploy its external growth strategy initiated in 2016: the group wishes to strengthen its regional presence in France and add new strategic pillars to its strong value-added service offering towards its customers.

What brought us closer to the management team was above all a convergence in the values held by the PKF Arsilon partners, as well as in the vision of the transformation challenges in the accounting sector. We are proud to acquire a stake in this very fine firm that emerged from one of the “Big Four”, as part of a perfectly structured entrepreneurial project. Thanks to our own funds we shall be providing long term support to PKF Arsilon to carry out their ambitious development which will rely upon strategic acquisitions in particular.” explains Jean-Baptiste Champeau, Principal at Crédit Mutuel Equity.

This marks a turning point in the history of our organisation with a new value proposition and new services to meet the profoundly evolving needs of our clients. This independence will enable us to experience a large-scale entrepreneurial project together, while keeping our high value-added consulting DNA, with renewed resources, in particular for our employees and our clients” adds Laurent Gravier, President of PFK Arsilon.
